Michael K. Lim (임재현)

I am a Professor of Operations Management at the SNU Business School of Seoul National University. 

Prior to joining SNU, I  served as an Assistant and Associate Professor at the Gies College of Business, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.  I received my Ph.D. and M.S. from Northwestern University, and B.S. from Yonsei University.

My current research interests include:    

-  Supply chain design and network optimization

-  Sustainable operations (green technology; renewable energy; environmental impact)

-  Socially responsible operations (policy and regulation; emerging economies)

-  Data-driven decision analytics (Reinforcement learning)
