I am a caring and responsible individual who is dedicated to supporting students academically and emotionally. Organization and creativity are important aspects of my classroom setting. I believe in effective classroom management to ensure student engagement and inclusion of all types of learners. Patience and hard work are qualities that I take pride in.

In order to teach the next generation of people, a teacher must radiate acceptance, positivity, and encouragement. I strive to build mutually respected relationships amongst my students so that they want to do well. I will support the needs of all learners by reshaping curriculum and delivery of services to provide students with specific outlets that meet their individual needs.
