Welcome to my website

I am currently working as an Assistant Professor at Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), Bangladesh University of Engineering and technology. I have completed my B.Sc. and M.Sc. in EEE from the same department in 2017  and 2020 respectively. I have completed my PhD from Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE), University  of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA in 2024.

My research interest lies in the solid state device and nanotechnology. I also have keen interest in optoelectronic and photovoltaic devices and first principle density functional theory (DFT). I have research experience on modeling and simulation of novel semiconductor devices.
