DIVISIONS:
WHOLESALE LENDER: role entails origination of TPO broker SFR & Multi 1-4 unit residential loans to register, process, underwrite and sell or service on the secondary market to the designated investor. Actively recruit Account Executives through all states in which the company was a licensed Mortgage Banker & wholesale lender.
RETAIL BROKER: role involves origination of SFR, Multi 1-4 unit residential loans. Market and originate SFR and Multi 1-4 unit residential loans for purchase and refinance business. Currently recruit registered loan officers and branch managers for all licensed states. Loan originations include FHA, Conventional, Seconds, and sub-prime loans.
SELLING & SERVICING: Secured two (2) $5M warehouse lines of credit with First Franklin Bank & Access Lending. Established purchasing agreements with Countrywide, Indymac, Bear Sterns, Goldman Sachs and GE Capital. Grew from ground level to selling an average number of 75-150 units per month. Average loan size was 233K.
TITLE: role included providing an inexpensive title report which was required with every file. The consumer was given the right to choose the title company. Our price and service was unmatched and complimented both mortgage divisions. Title was licensed to conduct business in all of our licensed states.
