Frist click the following button to open Hostinger official website:
In Home Page, Click "Continue"
The 2 options are not important, choose one or just skip
Choose "Migrate a website"
Choose plan period, and enter coupon code
Enter the URL of the website you want to migrate
Enter wordpress website admin credientials
After validating login credentials, coming to confirmation page, you can choose where your website is located at this step. And click "Submit Request"
This page shows the ongoing migration jobs.
You will get an email indicating the migration has started.
When migration is finished or is failed, you will get notifid in mailbox, too.
All content, media, plugins and everything of your wordpress website is now on your Hostinger account.

Before connecting your domain name to Hostinger, make sure your WordPress migration is complete and that the migrated website is functioning properly. You can check the preview URL of the site to verify its status.
Additionally, log into your WordPress admin panel to check:
some plugins may be disabled after the migration, so be sure to activate them
any premium themes or plugins, you might need to reactivate them to ensure everything works as expected

Once you’ve confirmed that your website has been successfully migrated and is functioning properly, the next step is to connect your domain to Hostinger. To do this, you’ll need to update your domain’s nameservers to Hostinger’s nameservers.
Connecting domain name to Hostinger is simple, open your domain name register admin panel, you will find the nameserver of your domain is ns1.siteground.net and ns2.siteground.net. This is SiteGround's namesever. Now change the two value to Hostinger's nameserver address:
ns1.dns-parking.com
ns2.dns-parking.com
There is another methods to connect domain to Hostinger, that is add A record to Hostinger's server IP. In this way, Hostinger's CDN is not enabled. For this method, read official guide.
After making this change, allow some time for the DNS propagation to take effect, which can take anywhere from a few minutes to 24 hours. Once the changes are fully applied, your website will be live on Hostinger’s servers.

There are a few things you should know about buying a Hostinger plan:
Hostinger use [All-in-One WP Migration and Backup] wordpress plugin as underlying technique for migration, you can use this plugin to backup your website as well
Hostinger online migrate program has an excution time limit. If your website backup file is too large, like 20GB, it will fail to migrate.
