Below, we’ve provided a detailed, step-by-step guide to help you migrate your business email to Hostinger with ease.
First, is setup the exact email account in Hostinger.
In website admin page, click "Free Email"
Choose your plan, "Hostinger Free" is enough, you can upgrade to paid plan later.
Enter the email account name you need, and create password.And click "Create".
Click "Skip" to show main email admin panel.
At this point, you have finished setting up your business email accounts. If your domain's namesever is Hostinger's namesever, all DNS record needed will automatically added.
The next step is import emails with Hostinger's build-in tools.
Find "Email Import" from side menu of email admin panel.
Click "New email import request"
Enter the email address and password you need to import from.
"IMAP server name" is from your current business email provider. For SiteGround user, you can find this parameter in SiteGround email admin panel.
Click the three dot on the right of email account.Choose "Mail configuration".
Click "MANUAL SETTINGS" tab, you can see your IMAP server name.
After fill in "IMAP server name", click "Next" to initiate the import process.
A import job list will show the current status of import job.

Hostinger's free email plan provide 1GB space for each email account. While SiteGround provide 10GB each.
Hostinger used Titan email as its email provider, and now have switch to own build email service.
