30 Minute Class: $24.00 a month ($168 annually)45 Minute Class: $36.00 a month ($252 annually)
Costume fees and Virden Festival fees are included, however, groups participating in the Brandon Festival will receive a separate charge for that particular performance in November. Groups selected for Brandon Festival will be contacted prior to November.
Please watch for fundraising information.
Please note that all outstanding account balances from the previous season must be paid prior to fall registration.
LATE PAYMENT POLICY - please read!!Due to issues from past seasons, the Midwest School of Dance will continue to enforce the new payment policy from last season.
As we offer monthly payments and send invoices at the start of each month, accounts must be kept up to date or your dancer will not be registered for festival. Should your account balance be overdue when the time comes to register for festival, you will be contacted via email once to inform you about your overdue balance. Should accounts continue to go unpaid following the year end recital, interest fees will apply to overdue accounts.

WEATHER/CLASS CANCELLATIONS
As our instructor travels from Brandon, and there are many students who are from out of town, there are times when we are forced to cancel classes due to poor road conditions or weather. Class cancellations will be communicated by noon the day of classes via email, and will be posted on our private Facebook group. If school in Hamiota is closed due to weather, there will not be dance classes. There are times where school may be open, but the road conditions between Brandon and Hamiota are poor and therefore classes may be cancelled as well.
Please note that the Midwest School of Dance does not give refunds due to classes being cancelled because of weather.
