This year's event shall be located at Mountainview Girl Guide Camp, 8055 Wycliffe Road, Wycliffe, BCÂ V1C 7C6 Â

(Please be advised all animals must be kept on a leash and under control. Pets owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animals.)
Rules and Reminders!
Please clean up after yourselves - this means all garbage and recycling should be packed up, animal refuse should be bagged and disposed of, and any and all items borrowed from the hall or the shire should be cleaned and returned as appropriate
Absolutely NO smoking of any sort on site, PERIOD. There will be a designated area for vaping area. If you wish to partake in marijuana, please do so through edibles, oils, or off the property. Thank you for your understanding.

There is a fire ban in effect (https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/safety/wildfire-status/prevention/fire-bans-and-restrictions/southeast-fire-centre-bans#current ) due to the wildfires in BC. BC Wildfire Service. As a result, there will be no open campfires on site. Propane fire pits are allowed though.
As there are fires nearby, we are currently still safe to hold the event; but we will keep you appraised on the situation.
