NJ Department Uses Quint For Engine Operations

Millstone Fire Department, located in Monmouth Count,y New Jerse,y has this 2024 Sutphen Monarch SL 100 mid-mount quint as Ladder 32-1-90. It is equipped with a stainless steel body, a Cummins X 12, 500 HP motor, Allison Gen 6, EVS4500 transmission, 2000 GPM pump, a 500-gallon water tank, and a 100' mid-mount ladder. It features hinged compartment doors, Whelen Emergency Lighting, and FireTech scene lighting. It has 3 cross-lays, 2 300’ 1.75”, and 1 200’ 2” line. Its ladder complement includes 2 10’,  2 16’ roof ladders, 1 24’ 2-section, 1 28’ 2-section, and 1 35’ 3-section. The front bumper has a 200’ 1.75” line. The rear hose bed contains 250’ 2.5” to 150’ 1 3/4, 1000’ of 5”, and 300’ of 1 3/4”. It was sold by Blaze Emergency Equipment Company.
