Each model is catalogued with a personal code and accompanied, when available, by a short historical and modelling sheet. This is part of the pleasure of the project: not only building the model, but also preserving the small story behind it.
Research & historical note
My models are based on a combination of published books, kit documentation, period photographs, colour profiles and personal modelling notes.
This website is apolitical and non-partisan. The models and images shown here are presented only as historical and modelling subjects.
My interest is focused on machines, technology, colours, craftsmanship and history, not on ideology. Modelling can bring people together as one of the many forms of human art.
