Welcome!

My name is Michel Armel Ndayikeza. 

I am a development economist specializing in the economic analysis of public policies, with hands-on experience designing and conducting experimental and quasi-experimental studies to assess effects of development interventions in the fields of education, labor and agriculture.

I received my PhD in economics from the University of Clermont Auvergne, CERDI, in 2024, after a master's in economics from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
