My name is Michel Armel Ndayikeza. 

I am a lecturer (assitant professor) at the University of Burundi, where I'm trying to make a positive change as the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management. 

I am generally curious about anything related to development economics, with a particular interest in labor and education.
