I, as a Business Development Intern, scrape and post roles to our network. This means finding and scouting out different job positions that I think would fit our candidates pool and posting them onto our network for them to see.  It is such a wonderful experience to see the amount of candidates that apply to the job positions you post. I feel I am doing my part to make a difference in the number of people who have a substantial job in Indiana.
