Here's some of the Erasmus+ projects I contributed to:

Youth Exchange centered around theatre and performance as a way to express oneself and our cultures. The participants developed artistic competences through non-formal education methodologies and organized a final exhibition performance involving also some local young people.

The exchanged involved 37 participants from Italy, France, Greece, Lithuania, Romania and Spain, with representatives coming also from Ethiopia, Georgia, Syria, Turkyie, and Ucraine.

I had a blast facilitating alongside Riccardo and Carla, who provided help with the logistics and focused on the theatrical aspects of the project. As a facilitator, I focused more on the usage of the voice, some beginner-friendly singing techniques as well as creative sessions suggested by the participants. 

Training Course focused on non-formal education methodologies to train youth workers on how to design and facilitate their own workshops.
The project involved 24 participants from Albania, Bangladesh, Hungary, Iran, Italy, Mongolia, Pakistan, Romania, Siria and Spain.
I had the absolute pleasure to be a trainer along my incredible friend Bogdan, who balanced my creative and introspective approach with his pragmatisms and humor. 

During the program, I designed the graphic facilitation of the workshops and took care of the topics of public speaking, competence models and non-formal education methods. I also curated workshops about leadership styles, voice enhancement and learning models.

Training Course focused on communication, digital and public speaking in their broader dimensions. 

I had the pleasure of being a trainer with my amazing friends Svetlana and Ned, who have previously been my trainers a couple projects prior. We hosted a wonderful group of 27 people coming from Egypt, Estonia, Italy, Lithuania, Pakistan, Portugal, Romania and Spain. 

Throughout the program I facilitated non-formal education based activities tackiling the various aspects of effective public communication. My sessions were centred on the power of voice, public speaking and digital storytelling. I also talked about the competence models for lifelong learning and the effective usages of YouthPass certificates as well as Open Badges to assess competences even in the job market.

Youth Exchange centred around Interculturality and our relationship with Culture at different levels.

I facilitated non-formal education based activities with my good friends Federica and Riccardo as we hosted an amazing group of around 30 people from Serbia, Romania, Italy and Spain. 

Together we helped them explore their perception of culture, their relationship with their heritage and traditions as well as their European identity and the similarities there are between people from different countries. The activities included a combination of indoor and outdoor education for them to fully enjoy the exploration of the wonderful Val Brembana, where we had little to no internet, making it easier to connect within ourselves and enjoy the moment. 

Training Course aiming to learn how to use RPGs as an educational tool.
I improved my facilitation skills while connecting with other youth workers from more than 10 countries. 

I helped facilitating a couple activities and designed and developed an educational board game with an intercultural team of amazing creative minds! The game aims to develop artistic skills in youth, helping them explore their attitudes in a safe space where they can freely express themselves without fear of any judgement. 

Project aiming to help youth better understand what stereotypes are and how they contribute to discrimination, prejudice and inequality through non-formal education.

 
I've been facilitating alongside amazing friends and colleagues, bringing a little bit of theatre and videomaking as tools to advocate against stereotypes as we encouraged the participants to become more empowered, motivated and confident to promote EU values and fight for unconditional inclusion. 

Project aiming for youth to become aware of green jobs and utilize permaculture as a desing tool for sustainable enterpreneurship. All activities included non-formal education methods. 

 
I've been part of a wonderful team as a facilitator, taking care of the energizers, ice-breakers and teambuilding exercises. I also got the chance to implement some reflection activities in some days of the project. I had a blast helping the participants be aware of the climate crisis while guiding them into finding meaningful solutions by changing perspective and seeing the potential of rural areas. 

Research, create and implement workshops aimed for youth to learn by doing was the purpose of this amazing Training Course. I had the pleasure to be part of the incredible "Empatheam" and to collaborate with a wonderful group of youth workers from different countries.

 With my team, I focused mainly on meaningful communication skills as well as empathy. The workshops were all realized through non-formal education activities and involved high school students from the local area. 

This project wants to educate youth in all the important aspects of adult life. Througn non-formal education methods and exercises, we taught youth in schools about financial education, self awareness, social inclusion, prevention of gender-based violence and European opportunities for youth.

My workshops focused on different aspects of social inclusion, identifying biases and stereotypes, the meaning of "inclusivity" and why diversity is a resource and not an issue. Our participants were all high school students soon to become legally adults.
