My name is Mike and this is where I decided I would share with everyone my experiences and professional journey.

In the last six years I have written, developed and facilitated youth mobility projects as I took part in almost 30 experiences between Youth Exchanges, Training Courses, Study Visits and Seminars.

it all started with a phone call: there was "some event" at the local library. Something, they said, that "would totally intrigue me". Little did I know how right they were about it. 

It was a meeting (one of the many) aimed to inform youth about the Erasmus+ Program and its initiatives. I didn't understand much at first, but then the facilitators asked us about our experience living in a rural area, about the needs we had every day, the goals we had in life, the skills we wanted to improve or even learn... 

That's when it hit me: I wanted to do that too! I wanted to create a learning experience that could help someone like me grow and develop their skills.
So I co-wrote my very first projects, had my first experiences and started travelling and every single time I challenged my comfort zone and shared my experience and skills while I also learned from others in the process.

I have always been passionate about communication and being able to speak to large groups of people and guide them through a learning esperience is what I enjoy the most.
