I am interested in workplace surveillance and its regulation in the digital society. I deal with European and comparative labour law, privacy and data protection. The research question of my PhD dissertation is: 'Surveillance in 'datafied' workplaces: how to balance the protection of employees' fundamental rights with employers' interests?'
