All sales are final, and refunds are not available. However, I’m happy to offer exchanges in special cases:

🔹 Damaged Items – If your postcards arrive heavily damaged, contact me within 7 business days for a replacement.
🔹 Lost Orders – If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, reach out, and I’ll work to resolve the issue.
