The 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifleline course was very helpful in understanding the history behind the 988 initiative and it's goals, but more importantly I was able to gain an understanding of the relationship between 988 and 911 that I can use to inform client safety plans.
The ACA Self-Care course was very helpful in reinforcing the need for self-care for counselors and counselor students.
