As a Learning Program Manager, my previous role involved aligning learning with corporate goals, improving training engagement, and enhancing team retention and recruitment. A key focus included compliance training, aimed at reducing phishing errors and safeguarding customer data. The existing compliance training was static, with no interactions; plus, reporting was inaccurate. After influencing approvals for an Articulate Storyline license, I developed six engaging, interactive, e-learning courses. And to streamline reporting without an LMS, I designed a one-question Microsoft Office Form at the end of each module.
