App: Mic to Bluetooth Speaker (iOS)

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Mic to Bluetooth Speaker app ("the App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula). These Terms add to that agreement. If there is a conflict, Apple's agreement applies to the extent required.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or distribute the App, except as allowed by law.
The App lets you use your iPhone's microphone to play your voice live through the phone's speaker or a speaker you select, apply sound settings and effects, and record, save and share voice clips. The App is free and contains no ads or in-app purchases.
Lawful use. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. Laws in many places require the consent of everyone being recorded. You are solely responsible for obtaining any consent needed before recording or broadcasting other people's voices.
No harmful use. You must not use the App to harass, disturb or deceive others, to impersonate anyone, or to broadcast content that is illegal, hateful or infringes anyone's rights.
Your content. Recordings you make belong to you, and you are responsible for what you record, keep and share.
Amplified audio and feedback can be loud. Keep the volume at a safe level, keep the phone's microphone away from the speaker to avoid feedback, and use headphones and speakers responsibly. The App is not a medical device or hearing aid and must not be used as one.
The App relies on iOS, Bluetooth and speakers made by other companies. We do not control these and are not responsible for their availability, compatibility, sound quality or delay (latency). Sharing a recording sends it to the app or service you choose, which is governed by that service's own terms.
We may update the App to add features, fix problems or meet legal or security requirements. Some updates may be required to keep using the App; in that case the App may ask you to update from the App Store before continuing. We may change or discontinue any feature at any time.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used. By using the App you acknowledge that policy.
The App, including its design, text, graphics and code, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Apple, iPhone and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Bluetooth is a trademark of Bluetooth SIG, Inc. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every speaker or device, or that recordings will never be lost. Please keep copies of recordings that matter to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding the App.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the App, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or consumer protection claims.
Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement or discharge of any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights.
You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting", and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
These Terms apply until ended by you or us. You can end them at any time by deleting the App. Your rights under these Terms end automatically if you fail to comply with them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer protection laws of your country of residence give you additional rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
