Lecture Notes

I am a big believer in 'documenting' your learning, and certainly in sharing resources if you've created some for lectures and such. And so, here's my go at providing this! What hopefully will become a bustling page of lecture notes, seminar notes, and sometimes even my own notes I make for teaching.
