My Reflection for Assessment in Learning 1

First and foremost, assessment in learning is very essential in education. Professional education shows that Assessment in learning is one of the important key concepts in terms of teaching and learning process. In this subject, I learned the different methods, techniques, strategy, and approaches that teachers need to know and understand in order to teach their students and measure their learning abilities. I also understand the different kind of assessment such as formative assessment, summative assessment, and etc., to assess our learners. 

For instance, Assessment for learning is all about informing learner of their progress to allow them to take the necessary action to improve their performance. Additionally, I realized that getting information to students is the best process to use by teacher in order to modify the teaching techniques or strategies of students to adjust their way of learning. As a future educator, always keep in our mind that assessment helps us to figure out what we know, what we don't know, and what steps we need to take in the future to master a skill or understand a concepts. Lastly, this concept thought me more meaningful and helpful especially in my field of teaching.
