Pharmacometrics Fellowship (Jan 2025-June 2025)
The API Pharmacometrics Fellowship is designed to develop local expertise in pharmacometrics, enhancing skills that support the broader Canadian drug development community.
Responsibilities:
Create recorded lecture videos covering Expectation Maximization, Monte Carlo EM, Stochastic Approximation EM, Random Effects, Empirical Bayes Estimates and Shrinkage, and the Iterative Two-Stage Estimation Method.
Host bi-weekly live webinars and provide support to participants in statistical concepts and coding skills.

SPH 519 - Biostatistics I (Fall 2018-2019-2020-2021)
An introduction to elementary biostatistical methods used to analyze epidemiologic data.
Responsibilities:
Teaching STATA lab, one hour a week for 11 weeks each year,
Creating lab notes and examples for students,
Mentored and motivated struggling students, working one-on-one with students,
Addressed students' concerns and questions regarding the lab sessions and course materials,
Graded mid-terms and final exams upon the request of the primary instructor.
SPH 519 - Biostatistics I (Fall 2024)
Responsibilities:
Co-lectured 3 sessions,
Co-designed final exams,
Graded final exams.
