Coming soon: I am a co-author in a new book chapter titled "Recent Advances in Deep Learning with Applications in Data Fusion and Agriculture" which is under review by the publisher.

September 2025: I have joined the Frontiers in Bioinformatics journal as a Review Editor in the Integrative Bioinformatics section. [Website]

March 2025: I had a talk at the Department of Medical Genetics at the University of Alberta on March 19, 2025 where I presented five of my publications on advanced statistical and computational methods in genomics. [Presentation PDF, Video]

January 2025: I started teaching in the "Pharmacometrics Fellowship" in the industry. A 4-month long fellowship with participants from different parts of the world. 

October 2024: My collaboration publication on "Health-related quality of life after pediatric heart transplantation in early childhood" was cited in the international guideline on Society for Heart and Lung Transplantation.

July 2024: I joined the University of Alberta School of Public Health as an adjunct assistant professor. I am co-principaled an ongoing Mitacs-funded project on statistical methodologies for biotechnology data (mentoring a PhD student) and co-lectured a graduate biostatistics course. I also served on multiple thesis committees, mentoring students in epidemiology and statistical analysis.
