Payment of the initial session will be made 24 hours before commencing. After that, payment for the remaining sessions is due before the first session. Sessions will only take place when payment has been received.
Payment to be made by BACS up to 1 week before the term begins. Email acknowledgement is always given for BACS payments. Initial session payment must be made at least 1 day before the start of session.
Please email back within 24 hours with any queries regarding payment.
Dates are emailed at the end of each term for the next term. Please check other commitments e.g. parents evenings, as fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Due to safeguarding, a Parent/ Guardian must in the house throughout the online session. Any variation of this must be agreed with the Tutor prior to the session taking place.
All lessons booked per half term are expected to be attended. Any lessons cancelled by the Parent/Guardian, with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. Any late attendees will be taught within the remaining time of the session. Time will not be made afterwards.
A session cancelled by a Parent/ Guardian before 24 hours may choose a session in lieu, credited to the next invoice, or a refund. The Tutor has the rights to terminate sessions if student is regularly absent or session cancelled by the Parent/Guardian. The Tutor has the right to terminate sessions due to poor behaviour or abuse from either student or Parents/Guardians. In these circumstances a refund will not be given for the remaining sessions.
