What sessions do you offer?
After such a disruptive few years for children in education I have focused on providing catch up and booster sessions. These not only focus on English and Maths but also provide extra support for assements such as the Key Stage 2 SATs in May and Kent Grammar School test in September. Sessions can be weekly. Targeted revison sessions during school holidays can also be catered for. Get in touch to discuss your child's needs.
How long are the online sessions?
Sessions are booked for 1 hour with teaching taking place for 50 minutes. this allows for discussions with parents, feedback or if a pupil is late. It also allows 5 minutes for the next student turnaround. 30 minute sessions are available upon request with 25 minutes teaching taking place.
How much does each session cost?
Sessions cost £35 an hour and £20 for a 30 minute slot and are booked in 6 week half termly blocks. Sessions can be booked Monday to Saturday.
The initial session can take place with a one off payment and subsequent booking in a block.
I do not offer a free session but I am happy to have a 15 minute conversation or zoom meeting before beginning tutoring. This allows me to get to know the child and answer any questions a parent may have.
How Do I pay?
Payment via BAC. The inital session will take place once payment has been received 24 hours before commencing. Half term payments will be made 1 week before the beginning of the block sessions.
