Since fellowship, she has been on the Neonatology faculty at MGH.
Clinically, Dr. Duncan is interested in intraventricular hemorrhage in the NICU and developing protocols for screening and intervention. Her basic science research focuses on the genetics of neurodevelopmental disorders, and she is currently using zebrafish to model rare genetic causes found in patient cohorts.
Outside of the hospital, she enjoys running and spending time with her husband and three children.
