Terms of Service Raffles

By entering a raffle that I host, you automatically agree to my terms of service.

You must be 18+ years old to own my designs.

The winner will receive the full resolution adoptable image file(s) with no watermark.

You are responsible for saving and backing up your files. I normally save all the files of my designs however there is no guarantee I will retain your file(s) after a long period of time due to limited storage. Please be sure to backup your files.

If you win the raffle but I do not hear explanation / response from you for a week, a new winner will be chosen.

Edits & Credit

⇢You are allowed to make any change to the adoptable such as gender, colors, clothes, etc.

You are allowed to edit the adoptable if you`re the owner, but please keep the original files available of your adoptable.

You are PROHIBITED to sell the adoptable won on its own. You can only resell if you add commissioned artwork and/or commissioned assets.

⇢You are allowed to gift or trade your adoptable.

Keep in mind: I will not be responsible for any failed/unsuccessful transactions between users.

⇢After winning the design, you are allowed to repost, please give me credit for the original artwork and design.

Usage rights

Please give me credit for the original artwork and design.

The design you win in a raffle is for personal use only unless stated otherwise.

⇢You are PROHIBITED to use the adoptable design for commercial use.

You will have to pay a fee if you wish to use your design for commercial use, if you're interested you may contact me through my social media -> Deviantart: Meztlli or Twitter (X): MeztliArt or through my website form.

Prohibited Usage

「This applies to all designs obtained from me in raffles」

Please read below carefully:

You are prohibited to use the design you won in a raffle for commercial use unless a commercial use fee is paid as stated in "Usage Rights". There is an exception if I state that a specific raffle design can be won with commercial use included.

⇢I hold partial rights to all designs, I reserve the right to ban/redistribute ownership of my designs for anyone who breaks the Terms of Service.

Design revocation will only affect individuals who use the design commercially without having paid the commercial use fees. I have the right to take back full ownership of an adoptable in this case.

⇢I have the right take back full ownership of the adoptable from you in the case of the design being used commercially without commercial use fees paid. You will be publicly blacklisted and banned permanently from obtaining a design from me. I can keep the design or resell this design if I choose to.

⇢You are strictly prohibited to use any of my artwork / or any adoptable design you obtain from me to sell as NFTs or other crypto currencies.

You are prohibited to use any of my artwork/ adoptable designs obtained from me to be used in AI learning or AI training. I do not consent to having any of my art used in anything involving AI.

⇢ You are prohibited to use my ARTWORK including my artwork(s) bundled in an adoptable design to be used for profit and/or commercially such as mass production of merchandise work (tshirts, stickers) or in any other way that generates revenue unless there is an agreement.

Example below of an adoptable design bundled with additional artwork(s)

⇢I own full copyright of my artwork.

Do not trace, recolor, heavily reference, edit, copy any of my artwork / designs. You are not allowed to make profit off my artwork unless an agreement has been made.

I have the right to use my artwork for any reason ⇢ such as portfolio purpose, designs sample, sample of commissions, promotions and for other social media.

I retain partial rights over every design, which means I have the right to showcase my designs in my website, portfolio, social media,etc.

I do not consent to having any of my artwork and/or adoptable designs to be used for AI learning and AI training. I do not consent to having any of my art used in anything involving AI.

By participating in my raffle(s), you acknowledge you have read and agree to these terms of service in its entirety.

I am not responsible from any consequences resulting from failure to read the Terms of Service.

If you transfer ownership of your adoptable, the new owner has to read and agree to these terms of service. These terms of service are subject to change without notice at any time. You have the responsibility to follow and respect them.

Failure to comply with the Terms of Service can lead you to be blacklisted.
