MWAMA is an industry led initiative that works with public partners to break down silos and match initiatives to goals.

Colorado has been launching and growing sector partnerships since 2005 through a framework that fosters industry-driven alignment across economic development, workforce development, and education.
Sector partnerships are partnerships of business leaders, from the same industry and in a shared labor market region, who work with education, workforce development, economic development, and community organizations to address the workforce and other competitiveness needs of their industry.
We host regular all-partner meetings and action team conversations. You are welcome to come to any meetings listed/scheduled.
If you are not quite ready to jump in, and want to learn more about what we have going on, please schedule an onboarding call with us HERE.
This sector partnership is convened and facilitated by Jefferson County Business & Workforce Center and the Greater Arvada Chamber of Commerce.
