Our initiatives (also called action groups) were selected through an industry discussion at the launch of the Sector Partnership. These are regular convenings with industry and public partners. These working groups consist of industry and public partners and we meet regularly to advance solutions and review strategic improvements.
Talent Pipeline Management (TPM) is a workforce strategy created by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation to better match workers' skills with employers' needs. Unlike traditional approaches that often result in skill mismatches, TPM brings together employers, educators, and other partners to close this gap and strengthen the connection between education and the job market.
