Registration

Every RAD participant is encouraged to complete the Survey Form.  These forms are collected at the end of each RAD and used to evaluate the RAD event.  This information is extremely valuable in planning future RADs.  Additionally emails addresses that are collected are then used to spread the word about future RADs.
