EVENTS & EVENT RULES AND REGULATIONS

TECHNICAL EVENTS

1. Techno-Talk ( PPT presentation )

• Presentation of topics relevant to the theme of the symposium, including original and surveyed research

• 2 members per team 

• Each PPT must contain 8 - 10 slides 

• Cash prizes for winning teams and certificates will be provided.

2. Infographics ( Poster making )

• Individual participants 

• On-the-spot themes will be given, and preparation time will be 10 mins. 

• 45 mins time for each poster  

• A3 sheets and basic materials will be provided. Other necessary materials should be brought on your own.

• Cash prizes for winners and certificates will be provided.

3. Busy-On-Buzzer ( Technical quiz )

• 2 members per team.

• Total number of rounds - 2 

• Only selected teams are going to participate in the second round.

• The teams will be selected based on the points and timings.

• Cash prizes for winning teams and certificates will be provided.

4. Brain Teaser ( Logical thinking)

• 2 members per team.

• Total number of rounds - 2 

• The teams will be selected based on their point.

• Cash prizes for winning teams and certificates will be provided.

• A4 sheet will be provided if the participant wants to use it for any calculations.

NON-TECHNICAL EVENTS

• 2 members per team 

• Total number of rounds - 3 

• Only selected teams will be going to next round 

• The teams will be selected based on the points and timings 

• Cash prizes for winning team and certificates will be provided.

2. FIND-D-LOGO

•  2 members per team

• Only selected teams will be going to next round 

• The teams will be selected based on the points and timings 

• Total number of rounds - 2

• Cash prizes for winning team and certificates will be provided.

3. FUN CITY 

• Fun games - Game themes and rules will be presented on-the-spot

• 3 members per team

• Only selected teams will be going to next round 

• Total number of rounds - 3 

• The teams will be selected based on the points

• Cash prizes for winning teams and certificates will be provided.

4. TRACK-D-SYMPHONY 

• 2 members per team

• Total number of rounds - 3 

• Only selected teams will be going to the next round 

• The teams will be selected based on the points

• Cash prizes for winning teams and certificates will be provided.

5. BGMI

• 4 members per squad 

• Game mode - Team Death Matches

• Cash prize for the winning team and a certificate will be provided.
