Registration is collected via Google Form (use button above, or click here) and families will be able to register multiple children (if applicable) on the same form.
Please carefully follow the directions and answer all questions. This is a multi-page form and must be submitted in its entirety. You will receive an emailed confirmation when you successfully submit this form.
Initial acceptance into the program is not guaranteed and is based upon the number of staff available to work at the time of registration. You will receive an email within two weeks of registration, notifying you of your status within the program. You will either be offered a spot or placed on a waitlist.
If you are accepted, you will receive a follow-up email requesting payment of the $75 non-refundable registration fee plus the first month tuition (September). Payment must be received by the due date on the invoice.
If you are waitlisted, we will make every effort to place your child within the program. We will contact you as soon as a spot becomes available.
Registrations will not be accepted if your account has a past due balance owed at the time of registration.
