The Merrick Before/After School Program (MBASP) has been proudly providing high-quality child care for the three Merrick UFSD elementary schools since 1982. We offer a safe, supportive school environment, caring staff, and a variety of activities, including indoor/outdoor play, organized enrichment activities, supervised homework periods, and more.

Before school care is offered at each of the three elementary schools in the Merrick UFSD (Birch, Chatterton and Levy-Lakeside) from 7:00 a.m. until the start of the school day.
After school care is offered at each of the three elementary schools in the Merrick UFSD (Birch, Chatterton and Levy-Lakeside) from 2:55 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Before & after care offered 5 days a week with a 3-day minimum
Offered on all days when Merrick UFSD schools are in session (click for district calendar)
