Please, register by clicking "fill out form" button. Prepare your abstract following the guidelines :

• All abstracts must be submitted in English;

• The abstract title must be within 200 characters;

• The title should be brief and clearly indicate the nature of the presentation.

• The abstract description must be within maximum of 300 words;

• All abstracts can include a maximum of 15 authors;

• The presenting author should be the first author;

• You have to choose a specific session theme for your abstract submission.  Subsequently, you can indicate your preference between oral or poster presentations;

• Please upload a .doc/.docx file. Maximum file size is 10 GB;

• You can enter up to 3 keywords;

• Please note that you can only be a presenting author for 1 abstract;

• You can download the abstract template from the shared Drive  (R:\MERLN_General\MERLN PhD Day 2023)

• The name of the File should be in the style "Manuscript_Author et al_SessionNumber". We will rename it for blind revision;

• MERLN PostDocs will be the scientific committee that will revise the abstracts and make the decision on oral or poster presentation, under the supervision of the taskforce;

• The Google Form will ask for your Google Drive email, but don't worry, they will not be collected!

• (Optional) Graphical abstracts can also be included. These graphical abstracts will be automatically participating in the best graphical abstract competition;

• (Optional) References may be included at the end. Please use a standard format as shown: 1. Langer R, Vacanti JP. Tissue Engineering. Science 260, 920, 1993.
