Privacy

Merkaba Pro is made by Paul Arbs, an individual developer in Connecticut, USA. In short: Merkaba Pro does not collect any data.
Information we collect
None. There are no accounts or logins. The app doesn't collect, transmit, share or sell any personal information, and it makes no network connections of its own.
Analytics, advertising and tracking
The app has no analytics, crash-reporting, advertising or tracking tools, and it doesn't track you across apps or websites. (App Store label: "Data Not Collected".)
Data stored on your device
Your settings, such as voice, backdrop, tone, volume, duration, star color and haptics choices, are saved only on your iPhone. They are never sent to us. Deleting the app removes them; "Reset to defaults" in Settings clears them too.
Purchases
The optional Full Unlock is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your name, Apple ID or payment details. Apple confirms the unlock to the app on your device. Apple's handling of purchase data is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Health information and HIPAA
Merkaba Pro doesn't collect or store any health information. It doesn't connect to Apple Health or any medical service. Merkaba Pro isn't a healthcare provider, health plan or other "covered entity" under HIPAA, and because it collects no health information, HIPAA doesn't apply to it.
If you email support@merkabapro.com, we use your message only to reply to you and don't add you to any list without asking.
Launch waitlist (website)
If you choose to join the launch waitlist on our website, we collect only the email address you enter, use it only to tell you when Merkaba Pro launches (and occasional Merkaba Pro news, if you agree), and never sell or share it. The form is run on Google's services (Google Forms/Sheets). You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your email at any time by writing to support@merkabapro.com. The app itself collects nothing.
How to unsubscribe: use the Unsubscribe form linked at the bottom of every page and under the waitlist signup, or email support@merkabapro.com with the subject "Unsubscribe". We honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. Waitlist addresses are never sold or shared.
Website
The website is hosted on Google Sites. Google may process basic technical data (like IP address) when you visit, under Google's Privacy Policy. We don't add analytics or ads to the site.
Links
The app and site link to Instagram and Apple. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
Children's privacy
Merkaba Pro doesn't knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13, because it collects no information at all.
Your rights
Since we hold no personal data about you, there's nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you've emailed us and want that email deleted, just ask.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
