Shield isn't blocking my apps — what do I do?
Make sure Screen Time permissions are enabled in your iPhone Settings > Screen Time > Merit, then restart the app.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Merit to cancel anytime.
How does the referral program work?
