At the end of your report, you can have up to ten pages of process journal entries for your appendices. You should try to select at least one appendix for each strand in the report - as you need to provide evidence of learning throughout. You should talk about your appendices in your report too, for example, if you interview someone, you might have some direct quotes in the report, and then the full transcript as an appendix entry.
Remember, that everything you do in the lead up to your report counts as your process journal, even if some of your documents are not in your actual journal, (for example, if you keep a physical journal, but have a source evaluation on Google Docs).
Appendices are similar to your bibliography - but you are referring to yourself!
For example, in your report, you might quote from your research, then you would put the full citation, so we can see the full source in the bibliography.
In your report you might also refer to something you have done, like an interview, you would then quote the interview in your report, and have the full interview as an appendix. This is because, unlike a bibliography, we cannot find the full source ourself in a library, online or elsewhere.
The Further Guidance for Projects document says "These are short sections from your process journal that exemplify the knowledge, processes and skills you developed through the project. If your report is an oral presentation, you may include the visual aids you used, but they will count towards the 10 A4 pages or (annotated) screenshots you can submit in the appendices. "
You can split your work between the ten pages - for example, you could have ten pages with one entry on each page, or you could have ten pages with 3 entries on each page.
