This event management includes: artist scheduling, booking & communicating production, developing merchandise, invitation creation, attendance management, furniture rental, venue management, check-in, partnerships, signage, booking of photography, photo booth rental and more.

GRAMMY Week

From managing submissions across hundreds of labels, connecting with the Recording Academy, sponsoring & hosting events, Meredith has a very strong grasp on the ins and outs of Music's Biggest Night.

In-Office Events

Frequently wearing many hats, Meredith has experience throwing events frequently within the office for other teams to enjoy and engage including: Artist Listening Sessions, Performances, Initiatives, Panels, Q&As, Happy Hours, Open House, etc.

Global Summit

Each year, The Orchard organizes a global conference for all employees to attend. Meetings span 3 days and include panels, Town Hall, Artist Q&As, Mixers, as well as a year-end holiday party and 30 minute video recap produced by the Brand Marketing team. 

All production, programming, merchandise, assets, schedule, day-of management, virtual event space, hospitality, and more are run by Meredith and her team of 5. 

80+ delegates are flown in from global offices while the rest join virtually.

The final party is attended by nearly 500 staff members.
