Why should a teacher mentor master emotional intelligence and conflict management? When should a teacher mentor report his/her work with mentees? Where should the system find a log of all trained teacher mentors? Task: Create a Teacher Mentor Guide (this is your research, your thoughts, and your suggestions).

E-Portfolio Significance in showcasing authentic evidence of a teacher’s work and worth.
Guiding Principles – explain each one clearly.
Documentation of Effective Practices – emphasize the importance of recording professional activities and accomplishments.
Google Drive Application – detail how to securely add evidence for each guiding principle. Data Protection Compliance – highlight the importance of adhering to the Data Protection Act.

Task 7: 21st-century skills are crucial for survival in this era and beyond, but not many teachers really know how to teach them. Offer new teachers a variety of authentic, student-centered approaches that integrate them across all subjects. Task: Create a 'GAME' to inspire new teachers to teach the 4Cs: communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking, and Creativity. Give them the wind to sail the 4Cs with confidence!

Task 8 Dancing in Tune with Work-Life Balance and Self-Care. Write a song (4 verses and a Chorus) that will help teachers deepen their understanding of the importance of self-care and work-life balance, gain creative strategies to manage stress, and learn to “dance” more harmoniously with the demands of both their professional and personal lives.
