IIT students from any year or program are welcome to join this Mentoring Program

Criteria: 

(1) Facing mental health or emotional issues such as feeling low, self worth issues, anxiety, depression, mood issues, temper etc. 

(2) serious about achieving recovery and good mental health

(3) belonging to the Constitutionally marginalised Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes 

(4) desire to give back to society in future

This is a free and voluntary service. 

Those receiving mentoring are expected to help others when they can in future.
