Feedback form

After each meeting, it is the mentee's responsibility to fill a very short feedback form. These forms are essential for the following reasons: they help us to keep track of the progress and make sure that the mentoring sessions are taking place, as well as alert us to any issues that need addressing. They are also of vital importance to gather statistical data that help us to improve the program and support our funding applications.
