How to set up a classroom visit:
1. First, look over our teachers, and pick two placements that work best for you. Please do not contact the teacher directly. Contact us at projectasd@ucf.edu with your choices. We will contact the teachers to coordinate your request with their schedules. Please plan ahead. It can take two weeks for the observation to be scheduled.
2. In order to observe at one of the MDC sites, UCF students must follow district protocols for completing the appropriate volunteer application, and receive district approval. Applications are subject to background checks and take time to be approved. Volunteer applications must be renewed yearly. See below for links to each district's volunteer registration.
3. We are interested in hearing about your experience with our MDC Program. Following your visit, you can expect to receive an email from Project ASD with a Qualtrics survey. We value your feedback.
