The Team

Our research projects are carried out by a team of collaborators, based at multiple institutions. Below you'll find a short introduction from everyone involved.

Principal Investigator

Sarah Cassidy

Assistant Professor in Psychology, University of Nottingham.

I created and currently lead the Mental Health in Autism research group, in the School of Psychology, University of Nottingham. My research program aims to better assess, understand and prevent mental health problems, self-harm, suicidal thoughts and behaviours in autistic people. I believe in working in partnership with those affected by our research, including autistic people and those who support them. This will make sure that our research and campaigning for changes to policy and practice, are useful to autistic people.
