MENTAL-CARE is a small scale Erasmus+ KA210-ADU project that promotes innovative strategies to support adults living with mental health conditions and their informal caregivers. Our aim is to improve communication between mental health users, family carers, and professionals—leading to better recovery outcomes, inclusion, and quality of life.

What is MENTAL-CARE?
MENTAL-CARE is a small scale project in adult education that brings together NGOs, a psychiatric hospital, and advocacy networks from Finland, Greece, Spain, Croatia, and Belgium. Together, we aim to:
Elevate the quality of life for people with mental health conditions
Empower informal caregivers and families
Promote effective communication among all key actors
Reduce stigma and prevent caregiver burnout
Share proven good practices through guides, videos, and training
