Our research explores the different ways climate change can affect people’s physical and mental well-being, especially among vulnerable communities and youth. We focused on five main topics: mental health, extreme heat, displacement, weather disasters, and trauma. Through gathering information, we looked at the effects of climate change, who is most vulnerable, and the challenges people can face during and after climate-related events. We also collected coping strategies, interactive activities, games, breathing exercises, and mental-health resources to provide practical ways for people to manage stress, anxiety, and other emotional impacts.
