A month of body recomp progress
Meet Ryan and Angharad, the couple that started it all.
I didn't need a qualifying piece of paper to get them results; I had 10 years of lifting experience, elite bodybuilding mentorship, and client psychology training. While trapped in a dead-end office job, I guided them to success by ditching the BS, embracing real science, and fixing their mindset. They got the win with open minds and the will to put the work in.
This was the year I had to practise what I preached.
Buried under a hellish job and endless study, I realized I’d let my own physique slip. So I locked in, trusted the science, and completely rebuilt my body composition in 6 months.
My transformation was proof the method worked. But to turn this into a real career, I needed hands-on experience—so I took to the gym floor to start coaching in the trenches.
During lockdown, I made it official and qualified as a PT. Against popular advice to stay online, I threw myself onto the PureGym floor.
It was dog-eat-dog—a total sink-or-swim environment. But surviving it forced me to grow up fast.
Coaching a modest dozen or so real people face-to-face taught me what books couldn't: everyone is wired differently. If you want actual transformations, you can't just copy-paste a program—you have to coach the individual.
Two simple lifestyle changes led this client to swift results
This one was all about tying the posture together via core and hip reclamation, combined with science based fat loss methods
I became obessessed with the objective truth of how to change the shape of the human body. By May, the tricks of the trade learned from my bodybuilder coach, combined with the frontier science I was learning was starting to show in a growing and predictable slew of client results.
Just as all was going well, the universe dropped a cruel twist of fate on me...
Then came the wake-up call that almost cost me everything: an aggressive sarcoidosis attack.
Swollen lymph nodes in my chest closed my left lung and compressed my heart, triggering a two-day low-BPM heart attack. After a week in the hospital and three agonizing months misdiagnosed with cancer, I got the truth—and a reality check.
The doctors told me straight: the strong heart and body I’d built in the gym was the only reason I survived. Fitness stopped being just a passion—it became my best health insurance money couldn't buy.
Left: My first check-in, two weeks after release from hospital. Right: A month later. Through proper nutrition, I was able to bulk out my mid-section and get some pec density back
Down on muscle and down on clients, I couldn't just jump back in and train hard.
A healing heart meant high heart rates triggered sharp chest pains. I had to work around a massive physical handicap by making my training smarter than ever before.
Just 30 days later, my physique was back on track. Knowledge is power—but only when you know how to apply it correctly under real-world constraints.
At BS7 Gym, I elevated my coaching from gym floor trainer to full-scale problem solver.
Working primarily with clients aged 30+, I cracked the code on real-life body recomposition: fitting fat loss and muscle growth around high-stress jobs, family dinners, and the belief that zero time was left on the table.
There's a reason I became the most positively reviewed PT in the gym's history. I don't do rigid, unrealistic plans. Together, we will tackle your lifestyle bottlenecks as a team and build a strategy that actually fits your life.
Let's build the "after" photo of your life
Be honest with yourself, gentlemen. The reason we go to the gym is to change the shape of our bodies for the better. If that's not been happening, it's worth remembering that famous line "A wise man is aware of what he does not know". To that end, I am here to save you countless hours reading studies and books and questioning what you hear on social media.
I've worked tirelessly to acquire the experience and knowledge over the last seven years of my life. Stop the guesswork.
Let's talk.
