Our workshops and resources are for anyone experiencing perimenopause or menopause, as well as their families, caregivers, and community members who want to learn more. We especially welcome those in Solano County who may have limited access to menopause-informed care.
No. Our events are educational and led by medical students, not a replacement for medical appointments. We share evidence-based information, practical tools, and resources to help you understand your options and feel more confident talking to your healthcare provider.
Although many people experience menopause symptoms, many never receive treatment or guidance. In Solano County, barriers like cost, transportation, language access, and a shortage of OB/GYN providers make care even harder to reach. MenoWell Vallejo aims to close that gap by providing free, accessible education and support.
MenoWell Vallejo is led by two medical students at Touro University California who are Albert Schweitzer Fellows. We partner with community organizations, providers, and local leaders to bring menopause education and resources directly to the community.
Workshops are interactive, welcoming, and focused on real-life tools. We cover common symptoms, lifestyle strategies, treatment options, and ways to advocate for your health. There’s always time for questions and discussion.
