Meng-Chien Su

I received my PhD degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. My research field is labor economics, with a focus on discrimination, search theory and bargaining. My work tackles the sources and mechanisms underlying labor market inequalities in gender, race, and even sexual orientation. Prior to my PhD studies, I conducted research in behavioral economics and experimental economics at National Taiwan University.

Starting June 2023, I'll bring my expertise to Freddie Mac as a Quantitative Analytics Senior.
