A baker with a warm heart. Despite losing her Mother, Xenia continues to remember her by implementing her homemade recipes into the menu at 'Of Spring.' 

Whilst her cheerful demeanour might be a bluff sometimes, she truly believes that desserts are the best way to cure an aching heart. She often looks to people and places for inspiration.

Zi Han is the inheritor of the renowned bar, The Jade Emperor. Passed down by his late Father, he eases into the life of mixology and entertaining customers with a show.

Routine comes easy, but what is uncertain is the future. While not particularly enjoying the craft, he persists and tries to figure things out in time.

A pair of alcoholic parents raised Park Min-gi. Through countless experiences of abuse, he grows up vowing to break that cycle. He grows up strangely sensible, composed and... kept together. The emotional bruises and scars do not disappear however, it is kept enclosed deep within. 

If one were to pry, Min-gi clamps up more. After all, his gaze does not focus on fleeting things like love, but rather towards more permanent aspects such as studying. Anything to be released from their clutches. Anything to be free. 

Only then... can he finally let go a little more.

Lin Meili, is a distant member of the Lin family. She grew up in the bustling streets of New York's Chinatown alongside her childhood friend, Sera O' Malley. Her grandparents own a restaurant that sells fusion food— a colourful mix between western and eastern cuisine. 

Often having family dinners and being showered with love allowed Meili to spread her wings freely. 

She eventually moves to Los Angeles to set up her own tattoo shop. Meili occasionally dabbles into many forms of art but her profession remains— she deeply adores the concept of the skin being a canvas for art.
